Reconcile after the experience
Check eligible paid tours after payment and completion. For a free tour, the administrator records actual attendance after completion: the standard fee is €1 per present guest, not per person booked. Cancelled bookings and demo or sandbox simulations do not earn real money; refunds, disputes and payout dates follow the agreed terms.

Cancelled bookings earn nothing; refunds and disputes can reduce or reverse paid-tour commission. Preview, demo and sandbox bookings are simulations and do not earn real money. Payments are reconciled manually, without automatic transfers.

Before we work together
Who can propose a partnership?
Hotels, hosts, local shops, creators and agencies with a relevant audience or guest relationship. Tell us how you would recommend the tours; acceptance is agreed individually.
What commission will I receive?
The standard commission is 10% of the eligible net amount paid after the customer’s 10% discount. On an eligible completed free tour, the standard fee is €1 per guest whose actual attendance is recorded by the administrator. Your account needs approval first; existing individual agreements keep their agreed rates and fees. Only confirmed, completed live bookings earn money; cancellations, refunds and disputes can reduce or reverse earnings. Preview, demo and sandbox bookings remain simulations. No automatic payout is promised.
How are my referrals attributed?
Your code travels with the referral link and can be entered at booking. The server checks partner approval and the eligible tour. No persistent referral cookie is set automatically. Your private dashboard shows attributed bookings and commission status.
When are commissions paid?
After eligible paid tours are paid and completed, or eligible free tours are completed with actual attendance recorded by the administrator. Payments follow reconciliation and the schedule agreed with the partner. Cancellations, refunds and disputes affect the available balance. No payout date is promised before an agreement.
Does joining mean I sell or operate the tour?
No. A referral introduces a customer to an Unlocked Tours booking. Operating the tour, handling the customer payment and managing the reservation are separate responsibilities. Agency group bookings or optional shopping collaborations need a distinct arrangement.
